Nebraska KNIFE is a locally owned Cutlery Exchange and Knife Sharpening service.

We currently service the Eastern half of Nebraska and the Western one third of Iowa. Our customer base includes restaurants, cafeterias, nursing homes, and butchers; as well as those residential customers that are serious about cooking and who insist on having the best tools for the job.

To those in our Cutlery Exchange program, we provide a freshly sharpened, pre-sanitized set of knives, hand delivered on a bi-weekly basis right to your kitchen.

To those residential customers who need to have their own knives sharpened, we come to you with our mobile sharpener and do the job for you on the spot in just minutes. We also offer Block Parties, whereby, one person on a street block allows us to park in their driveway in order to sharpen for any interested neighbors, and in exchange, we sharpen the hosts kitchen knives at no charge to them.
